Illustration Friday- Toy

The first thing I thought of was my dog and his favorite toy...his ball. The first thing he does when I step outside is stare at me with his ball waiting for me to throw it for him. He's lost so many balls. And this one is almost too big for his mouth but he manages to still fetch with it.

I thought of Spring waking up with this word as the birds and bugs cultivate the ground.
I decided to use watercolor for this project since it's been a long time since I've used the medium.

Illustration Friday : Warning

I have a cat that just doesn't like to be kissed. Whenever I look at him with that "I'm about to kiss you look" he looks back at me with a "Oh no! Here it comes!" look. So, I'll pick him up to give him a kiss and he'll push my face away. Needless-to-say, he always loses.
So, you could say that my "look" is a warning for him to prepare. lol
